Parents and teacher play an important role in a life of a person. Teachers' duty is to help their students shapethe every respect of their lives .
I wish that no other student should experience what I had to face because of him.
I attempt to rewrite the introduction, for I think rather enduring ones do not help you much.
It is indispensable the role that teachers play in modern society. In virtually any aspects, teachers are the ones to assist and lift newbies. Some, in good minds, are aptly dedicated to helping students. Yet some, not comprehending the glory of embodying one such respectable job, lack assistance and care. Thus I would like to indite my convergence hereafter, in hope that no other students should experience the same occurrence.
I have tried to compose the briefest version of your introduction for you to compare. Please ensure close approach to condensing paragraphs.
When I was in elementary school, I used to be very shy and was not at all confident.
... I always escaped from such participation . Mrs Mathewwho taught me in fourth grade somehow noticed ...
... and have confidence in whatever I intend to do.
Since then I have been able to overcome my shyness ... Confidence in one' s self always helps it to pave a way in a path of difficult situations and thus achieve success in life.
In a nutshell, I will never forget her for understanding my weaknesses/debility (to avoid reiteration of words) and the help which she provided ...
It is unsatisfying to consider how prolix your paragraph has been. Every aspect of it remains particularly long. Long terms of reiteration also rise in your composition, making it rather weary for perception.
... I also have a bitter memory of one of my teachers of college days. By then, I was working on ...
I couldn't understand the reasons (one action always derives from disparate reasons) , but what I came to know from other staff of the department was that he wanted some other students as his project advisee and ...
He not only harassed me with his behavior but also ...
He always tried to create situations for me to quit that incomplete project . It was a hard time for me having him as a teacher, but somehow I was able to overcome ...
Try to be more specific. Your idea is good, but your writing is just too--obscure. What did he do to you in particular? What did he want, exploiting your very self? It has come to me that oftentimes, obscure writers are not well marked.
And, one more detail I would like to ask is that, after all he has done to you, have your project been bettered? Did it need to go through such obstacles to enliven itself?
It was because of lessons of Mrs Mathews that I managed to believe in myself and remain confident.
On one hand lessons of a fourth [...] there are memories of a teacher which always fills my heart with agony. I wish that no one should get teachers like my post graduation advisor and ...
The first sentence is used to say about confidence. The second sentence expresses somewhat the same idea. It is unfathomable of you to use the conjunction "Moreover."
And, not many people agree with you, do you notice? Tough teachers sometimes enhance people's minds, saying that they must always be better than what they are. Tough teachers arise different circumstances under which your potential is revealed. I understand your hard time, but I also understand that that time comes for a reason: you must better yourself to confront challenges.
I t was one said by Albert Einstein that "It' s supreme art of a teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge". I believe that Mrs Mathew played a role of a supreme teacher in my life. She has always been acknowledged and will always be acknowledged by me for that.
Your conclusion says nothing, absolutely nothing about your college advisor. That, I believe, is an irrelevant motion. However hard the time you were given, once a teacher, always a teacher.
Perhaps your essay offends the teacher too much. Take it easy, and let the thing flow to you. Your mind has been obscured by hatred I believe. So writing this kind of essay... does not fit you.

Although many teachers usually work alone in a class with a group of students, an increasing number of schools are now providing teacher aides who are supervised by the teacher, assist with clerical tasks, lunch and playground activities. About one public Elementary School Teacher in six is a member of a teaching team in which two or more teachers work closely teacher. An example of is would be when I was in fifth grade. My teacher, who graded, inspired, and taught me was Mr. Dekire. But Mrs. Biro team taught with Mr. Dekire and it would be like Mrs. Biro would do lectures and Mr. Dekire would do group work. This cuts down on the amount of work one person must have accomplished for the student. As a future teacher, I would hope to have an aide. Therefore, I would have more time for lesson planning and organizing the class. Not to mention, I would have more time socially to relax. Public Elementary Teachers in Michigan spend an average of 36 hours per week in the classroom and an additional 9 or so hours grading papers, attending meetings, keeping records, making reports, and supervising after-school activities. With an aide, I feel those 9 hours would cut down dramatically for the teacher.
